Aerrow's head was swimming in a haze when he came to. His senses had not caught up with his awakening, and his touch and sight were a little off. He groaned and slowly rolled over onto his side. What just happened? He tried to grasp at something steady to ease himself up but, the only thing he could feel out was the floor. It was cold but there were rocks he felt lying near him, small ones. So then he wasn't back in the Condor like he thought. The red head took in a deep breath and suddenly sat himself up placing his hands in front of him so he didn't fall forward. He lurched forward though and clutched his stomach. The sudden quick motion set is equilibrium off and he got nauseous.  He took in slow deep breaths to calm himself down, and closed his eyes then reopened them to help them adjust.
"Where...where...am I?" The fourteen year old finally got out. Now that he spoke he quickly closed his mouth, and moved his tongue around. His mouth was as dry as a desert , and it was uncomfortable but where was he going to find water? He sat there staring ahead at a cluster of rocks before him. His body felt weak but he at least stopped having that foggy feeling in his mind. Shakily he started to stand up and wobbled to a rock for balance. His green eyes scanned the perimeter around him. It was empty. No one else? he thought to himself. That couldn't be right his whole Squadron was there! Even a few of the Cyclonians were too. Where were all of them?

The door.

Aerrow managed to turn himself around and looked back a couple yards. It wasn't busted but, there stood that door he and the others ran through. It was closed for right now. Did this mean he was the only one that made it out? Either by purpose or on accident because, he did not remember how it happened either way. No. Aerrow refused to believe his Squadron was lost wandering in that strange void. Feeling the determination bubble he slowly made his way across the barren land. If they were he was going to find them. Besides, this door was created for a reason and there had to be a way out once in. Or else how would he have been out here? The sun felt awful beating down on him as he was trying to make his way quickly as possible. Any other day it wouldn't bother him but, his body was already drained and the heat was killing him it felt like. Each stride took a lot but he didn't care. The others might need him and he wasn't going to complain about wobbly legs when they might be in more serious condition.  He approached the door and looked up. For some reason it seemed bigger than it was the last time he looked at it. With a deep breath he put both hands on the stone and started pushing.
"Budge..come on ....just move..." He grit his teeth digging his feet into the dirt. This was increasingly difficult. He stopped for a second and readjusted himself then tried again. This time he tried to put what little strength he had left into the push.
"MOVE!" He yelled out of frustration. When it appeared the stones would not budge he stopped, and rested himself against it catching his bearings. This was a disappointment. How the hell was he suppose to move this thing? He wished Junko were here. Heck even that Snipe guy would be a welcome right now if he could open this door. I've gotta keep trying he thought to himself looking up at the door. Try he did. For three hours Aerrow would try, then take a break, and then he would try again. After the third hour he slammed the side of his fist into in annoyance and frustration. Dammit! Why couldn't he get it open? His body was weaker now and he finally had to allow himself to fall into a sit.
"I can't even get it open.....so ...if they are how are they going to get out?" He inquired looking worried. Master Cyclonis must've used a special kind of mechanism or crystal for it. If only he could get to the Condor. He was no crystal expert but, he listened to Piper enough and took in what she knew. He felt there would be SOMETHING on that ship he could use. But the ship wasn't even within eyesight which meant it was farther than he could walk at the moment. Exhausted and sick feeling he finally collapsed closing his eyes.
The battle with Master Cyclonis is finally over but, now everyone involved must regroup and figure what to do next. Each terra and person has suffered. So what will they do now that the tyrant is gone?

Storm Hawks fanfiction I have had brewing in my mind. It's rated PG for some swearing, and later PG-13 because...I said so :P.
